Location, Venue and Accommodation

The world Congress will take place in the heart of Istanbul . The Hotel Venue Hilton is situated on an elevated position, surrounded by beautiful gardens overlooking the meandering Bosphorus Sea , within 24 kilometers from Ataturk International Airport . Bus shuttles from the Airport to the Venue and vice-versa will be arranged. Hotel reservations for the 13 th World Congress of Psychophysiology can only be made by FlapTour Agency (official Agency of the World Congress).

Cancellation Policy and Refund

· For the Accommodation and Registration, %50 of the payment will be
refunded, only if written notice of cancellation is received by March 25, 2006.

· Cancellations received after March 25, 2006 will not be entitled to any refund.

· Hotel reservation is guaranteed only upon receipt of one night deposit and
this amount is non-refundable.

· There will be no refund given in case of no-show, late arrival, unused
services, unattended events or early termination of attendance.

· All refunds will be processed after the Congress

Official Language

The official language of the Congress is English.

Letter of Invitation

The Organising Committee will send a letter of invitation to participate in the Congress upon request. Such an invitation is extended specifically to assist participants to obtain travel funds or appropriate visas and does not imply any commitment on the part of the Organiser to provide financial support. The letter will be forwarded to you with confirmation of your registration.
